Devan graduated from the University of TN at Chattanooga with her Bachelor’s in Accounting. She has always had a love for all things beauty, and her role at Bliss allows her to combine her two passion’s. As the Business Manager it is her job to ensure that every visit to Bliss is extraordinary.
